Should you need to cancel your reservation, simply get in touch with us. If it’s more than 48 hours before pickup, we’ll provide a full refund. If it’s between 48 to 24 hours, we offer a 50% refund. Please note, due to the logistical challenge of re-renting the vehicle at short notice, we unfortunately cannot provide a refund if the reservation is canceled within 24 hours of pickup.
